Salts Restaurant is located in the Rye Lodge Hotel. The restaurant takes it name form the Rye Salt Marshes that the hotel overlooks.
The restaurant serves an interesting modern European menu with a slight Mediterranean influence and a touch on molecular gastronomy.
Before moving to Rye and taking the executive chef position at Salts, Attila Csicso, spent 4 years working in London for Tom Aikens as well as working at the Michelin Starred Club Gascon, Aqua Shard and the Mayfair Dukes Hotel.
