Hello. My family lived in Wittersham in late 1700's 1800's and 1900's. How can these be seen please?

E-mail me on 'david at clinxx.co.uk' and I'll send you scans. Sadly there are no names but you might see family traits.

Hello David,

I am indeed very interested, especially if there is any connection to the Bull and Hinds family from the village.

Regards,

We have a whole batch of old anonymous photo portraits, and some places too, donated to our Ashford shop and perhaps they all have a Wittersham connection.

Would anybody like to view them in case there's local interest?

The Pilgrims Hospices eBay charity shop has acquired a mounted photo of a formal group of clergy and choirboys dated 1904 and taken by CC Neve of Wittersham. It is dedicated to Mr T Martin 'In memory of many happy services' and signed by B Violet Parkes, organist.

Can anyone say if this Wittersham?
We like to reunite historical items with their successors - in return for a suitable donation to our worthy (and local) cause.
